As most of us are maybe a little slower this Monday with one less hour of sleep (thank you daylight savings) it is making me reflect on how I manage my allotted hours each day.

In reality we can't make more of it or less of it we just can chose to do what we can with it.  For many of us we chose to let our non-critical "to-do's" takeover our days instead of dedicating time to accomplishing our more passion driven goals.

This week I'm challenging us to rethink about how we spend our hours. Instead of getting a laundry list of non-essential tasks accomplished each day let's devote time to projects and moments that engage us. And, if we don't have a clear vision or dream of what we want to accomplish let's not allow ourselves to fall into a comfort zone of daily tasks.  Let's push ourselves to use our hours in a way that says "I want to do more, I want to be more."
