How do we implement a distraction-free mode? Here's one approach... enable a distraction blocker on your computer, put on noise-canceling headphones, leave your phone and tablet in another room, and set an intention for what you want to accomplish. After focusing for 45 minutes, treat yourself to a 10-minute all-you-can-eat distraction buffet. Now, repeat and repeat!
Over time we will become much better at focusing on our greater goals instead of frivolous distractions.
