It is always easier to feel thankful when all is going well but sometimes we learn so much more about life and our goals from the tough times. Why not just be thankful for the push and pull of our lives? #ThankfulTuesday
FearLESS Friday is going to be our excuse to try something new that will improve our overall happiness and fuel our growth.
The goal of FearLESS Friday will be to increase our confidence and help us embrace change. It is where we will wiggle outside of our comfort zone together.
We hope our FearLESS Friday posts, will provide us all a consistent excuse to be brave.
At some point in our lives we all have known the pain and stress that comes with putting things off. Although we may have the desire to accomplish something, getting the motivation to do it is a different matter. What better motivation than to realize that change, growth and contentment are part of our daily current choices not something to be picked up or gifted to us at a later date.
We invite you to take part in your own transformation today!
An inspiring reminder that "We Are All Wonder Women!"

There will be times when we don’t see anything to be thankful for and being asked to give thanks within disappointment or struggle seems too much. But being grateful is one of the most effective ways to create an abundant and joyful state of mind.
It is at those difficult moments when we most need to tap into the metaphysical law, the law of attraction, whatever we focus on expands. Our goal should be to focus on all the abundance around us, to attract more prosperity into our lives. Instead of allowing ourselves to primarily focus on what’s wrong or missing in our current situations, this will only create barriers for the good to reenter our lives.
If you are finding yourself caught in the grip of the negative thought, expectation, or social comparison, we encourage you to take a moment of pause and consciously put your attention on the things (big and small) for which you are grateful. Doing so you will be motivated to take actions that will help you attract more of what you want. #ThankfulTuesday
Don't fear failure, fear excuses. Excuses achieve one thing - nothing. Excuses are really our fears hiding behind words. We all have them, we all use them, we are all human but we are not alone in our goal to stop using them. Let today be the day we stop the should've, would've, could've that holds us back. #MondayMotivation
