There will be times when we don’t see anything to be thankful for and being asked to give thanks within disappointment or struggle seems too much. But being grateful is one of the most effective ways to create an abundant and joyful state of mind.
It is at those difficult moments when we most need to tap into the metaphysical law, the law of attraction, whatever we focus on expands. Our goal should be to focus on all the abundance around us, to attract more prosperity into our lives. Instead of allowing ourselves to primarily focus on what’s wrong or missing in our current situations, this will only create barriers for the good to reenter our lives.
