At some point in life we all deal with difficult times in our lives. We feel tired and lost. Sometimes the best thing to do is to withdraw a little more. Relax and sleep more. That way we can slowly get energy and feel better again.
We know achieving this downtime can be difficult. In our minds, others still need us. The world just goes on. Family, friends and colleagues still buzz for our attention or support. They have expectations. And there are so many things we need to do.
But we encourage you to remember that YOU are just as important as those you love, if not more.
