Why Elphants?
Elephants are well-known for their intelligence, close family ties, and social complexity. Much like us, elephants have unique voices and personalities that affect how they interact with other elephants, how others perceive them, and how well they are able to influence members of their herd.
They are social creatures. Some much more so than others.
They are compassionate. Baby elephants are born with little to no survival instincts. Nearly everything is taught to them by their mother and/or other female elephants in the herd....because it takes a village! Or in this case, a herd.
We also happen to think they are pretty darn cute! Just like all of us, right?
The Founders

Carolyn Duarte
Girl On The Run….that’s Carolyn! Like most moms, she is constantly on the go. Trying to make a few dollars here, pick up a child there, occasionally going for a soul-cleansing run, or squeezing in a yoga class in between self-replenishing loads of laundry. (She ponders, "Why doesn't that happen to my bank account"???)
Carolyn is best known for being a kind friend, a loving mama, a great listener, a spiritual enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed self-help junkie.
She encourages all women to bare their souls, rant about their challenges, and support and uplifts one another. There is never judgment from Carolyn, only love, compassion, wisdom and acceptance….and humor, of course.

Cher Krmunins-Beens
Cher is best described as a life chameleon, quickly adjusting (sometimes minute by minute) to meet her multiple life roles.
An innovative Marketer, an engaged Strategist, a dedicated Volunteer, a loving Mom, a supportive Wife, a devoted Daughter, a cool Sister, a loyal Friend, or a recovering Perfectionist; she embraces and understands the complexity of a woman's reality.
As a strong believer that success (both personal and professional) is achieved in multiple ways, Cher is a passionate advocate for finding one’s own path and truth. She does not have all the answers but she asks the right questions; and provides enthusiastic support to help others accomplish deeply personalized, self-defined goals.
